It is located in the town of EaglesThe property is located near the famous Isla de Fraile, which can be accessed through our urbanization on foot, by bicycle or by car.
This complex is located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea within the warm coast in the Gulf of Mazarron, in the Alto Guadalentin region on the border with Almeria along the coast.
Águilas is known for its carnivals, declared a festival of International Tourist Interest.
The climate of Águilas is warm desert, with an average annual temperature of over 18 degrees Celsius, with very mild temperatures in winter and hot in summer.
Isla del Fraile has a size of about 300m2 built. We have a reception area to receive customers along with a leisure area where you can relax.
We also have a complete kitchen area for each guest to cook or prepare their own meals.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, washing area, storage area, refrigerator and freezer.
We have a total of 2 changing rooms. 1 female and 1 male.
We have a bathroom adapted for handicapped people with toilet and shower.
Each has two bathrooms, two showers, a changing area and a sink.
It has toilets inside the facility and a changing room for the disabled.
The menus are fully customized for each group. Special menus are adapted and bread and water are always included.
In our garden for private use of the hostel we have a spectacular pool area where you can take a dip after a day at the beach, solarium area and terrace.
In our living area we have books, board games and newspapers. We also have a vending machine with drinks, coffee and snacks.
Par3 with a dimension of 2.3 hectares consisting of 9 holes of golf.
In our facilities we also have 4 paddle courts and 2 tennis courts of which we have our own schools with the best. And between games, stop at the kiosk for a good slush, ice cream, soft drink or a good coffee.
The dimensions of the pool are 8x5 meters with two types of stairs. It has two outdoor showers and a green beach area with a small garden of more than 100m2.
In the four paddle tennis courts with artificial grass and glass wall we have our paddle tennis school, which can also be used by the clients of the Hostel. The two tennis courts are hard courts with artificial light and the school is directed by Rubén Aguado and Joni Marín, national tennis coaches with more than 20 years of experience.
Multipurpose room of 200m2 totally diaphanous and adaptable for any type of group and/or event.
His school run by Nigel, a third generation golfer, started playing at the age of 7 and now has over 30 years of experience traveling the world giving golf lessons from juniors to professionals.
Our facilities have four rooms SHARED MIXED with a total of 40 beds.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The number of lockers per room is also included.
