Reservations will always be confirmed via email or whatsapp. No reservation will be valid until confirmation by one of these two ways.
The payment of the reservation will be made by bank transfer to the account number that we will provide you when you contact us, Paypal or Credit Card through our website.
It will be necessary to send via e-mail the DNI, NIE or Passport.
In case of cancellation, the amount of the reservation will be refunded provided that it is made 30 calendar days or more in advance.
No refund will be made in case of voluntary departure of the guest before the end of the stay.
Any modification of the reservation will be subject to availability and to what is previously established in these rules.
The maximum capacity is 40 people.
If any guest causes any type of damage to any element of the facilities, he/she is obliged to pay for its repair or replacement.
